Amsoul.com gathers navigational information during each visitor's use of our Web site. Amsoul.com takes the following types of security measures: use of technologies and policies such as limited access data-centers, firewall technology, secure socket layer certificate authentication and limitations of administrative access to our systems. In addition, it is our policy not to send your credit card number via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we encourage you to adopt in all of your Internet activities.
We designed Amsoul.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 4.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator, versions 5.01 or higher of Internet Explorer, versions 0.8 or higher of Firefox and versions 1.2 or higher of Safari. SSL is encryption technology that provides security while information is being transmitted over the Internet.
While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Policy:
- All returns will be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, less shipping costs (no refunds).
- All returned items must have the original tags attached and show no signs of wear or damage.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. This means the package containing the return items must be postmarked within 14 days of you having received the original package from us.
- Unless we determine we made a mistake in the original order (e.g. shipped wrong item), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in sending the merchandise to us.
- Packages must be returned prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend you to insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost of stolen package.
- After we receive your returned item, the return will be processed within 2 business days (unless otherwise specified), afer which point you will receive an email with instructions to get your replacement items.
Exchanges:
Please be sure that your items follow the Returns & Exchange Policies above. Below, you will find guidelines on how to complete an exchange:
- First, please contact us to tell us which replacement item that you would like. Be sure it is of equal or greater value. We will hold the replacement item for you, for up to 2 weeks while you send us your item(s) to be exchanged.
- Prepare your item by including any original bags/containers they may have come with (tags should also still be attached to the product.
- Make sure the item is in its original condition with no signs of wear as such items may not be returned.
- When sending your package, we highly recommend insuring it with your shipper for your safety as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us.
- Include a note with your contact information and your original order number for fastest processing. We also suggest writing the original order number on the box as well.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will immediately begin processing your exchange.
- We will send your replacement item(s) at no cost to you, using priority mail (typically 5 days domestic, or 6 - 10 days international). If you want rush shipping, you may request that and pay the difference.
